@nerdyathomedad @Xfinity I don't think @Xfinity has ever cared about customer service. Switching to Google Fiber was the best decision I ever made. It's reliable, way cheaper, and the customer service isn't a hassle.

@AmazonHelp Thank you! I will check them out. We love @amazonmusic and would like to hear it on all three Echo Dots at the same time but due to @Xfinity having poor service we can only use one at a time.
